Payment
Payment (usually a bank transfer) will be organised once the order has been confirmed.
Shipping
Pickup (South Hobart) is free, otherwise the shipping cost will be added to the quote.
Lead Time
This will vary based on demand and could be anywhere from a few days to several weeks. I will give you a rough indication with the quote.
In Person Pack Fitting
If you are in Hobart, I can even organise an in person pack fitting to get your harness size dialled and discuss features in more depth.
Sizing
As the packs come with a fixed harness (unless you choose the adjustable option), getting the size right is critical for comfort.
The following measurements are best done with either a soft tape, or a piece of string that can be measured afterwards.
-Back Length. Measured from the level of the top of your iliac crest (hip bone) to your C7 vertebrae (the one that protrudes from the base of your neck).
-Hip Circumference. Measured around your hips at the level of your iliac crest. If you know that when you wear a hip belt the top would normally sit at a higher or lower position, measure from that level instead.
-Shoulder Width: Measured from one edge of your shoulder to the other, going across the collarbone.
If you have any particular features that may affect harness fit (eg. larger chest, bony hips) or any common issues you have with harnesses, these will be worth noting as well.
